Our Postage and packing costs are based on Royal Mail Prices, plus a small packing cost added to cover the cost of materials used to post items in. A minimum charge of £1.50 is made under the lowest weight given by Royal Mail.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
If goods are damaged in transit we will refund you the full price or offer a replacement but damaged goods must be returned to us first and agreed by ourselves that the damage has occurred.
We hope you are entirely satisfied with your goods, if for some reason you are not they must be returned in 7 days of delivery. We will refund or replace the cost of the items, not the postage. Good returned must be complete and in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.
